You work at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients transform strategic ambitions into scalable, future-ready AI solutions that drive measurable business value.In this role, you will:\nLead AI-enabled transformation programmes that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency and business performance.\nDesign and deliver enterprise-scale AI architectures, from strategy and business case development through to implementation and adoption.\nAct as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders on AI strategy, digital innovation and emerging technologies.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, architects, engineers, designers and data scientists.\nHelp organisations move from AI experimentation to sustainable, production-ready AI capabilities.\nAI Solution Design & Architecture\nA key part of your role focuses on designing and scaling advanced AI solutions. This includes:\nIdentifying opportunities to integrate AI into products, services and operating models.\nDesigning enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, vector databases, orchestration frameworks and large language models.\nBuilding prototypes, MVPs and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.\nDesigning secure, scalable and responsible AI architectures, including governance, privacy, compliance and risk management considerations.\nDefining AI operating models, governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps.\nLeading multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout the transformation journey.\nBusiness Development & Practice Growth\nAs a Senior Manager, you also contribute to the growth of our Business Technology practice.You will:\nLead proposals, bids, RFPs and client pitches.\nHelp shape innovative AI and technology offerings.\nBuild and strengthen long-term client relationships.\nContribute to new business growth, including annual sales targets.\nDrive thought leadership and support the continued development of our AI community.\nYour profile\nYou combine strategic thinking with strong technical expertise and enjoy helping organisations solve complex challenges through technology and AI.You bring:\nAt least 8 years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture or digital transformation.\nProven experience designing and delivering AI, Generative AI and cloud-native solutions.\nHands-on experience with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini or similar ecosystems.\nExperience with modern AI architectures including RAG, AI agents, vector search, orchestration frameworks and LLM integrations.\nStrong understanding of Responsible AI, security, governance, compliance and privacy requirements.\nKnowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.\nExperience leading complex transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.\nA Bachelor's and Master's degree, or equivalent academic level.\nFluency in English. Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.\nResidence in the Netherlands. Valid Dutch and/or EU work authorisation.\nThese criteria provide an indication of the profile we are looking for.
