Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications and browser extensions.\nPerform accessibility testing against WCAG, Section 508 and EN 301 549 requirements.\nConduct manual accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and screen reader testing.\nUse accessibility testing tools such as axe, Accessibility Insights, Lighthouse or similar.\nConduct or contribute to VPAT assessments and preparation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR).\nDocument accessibility findings and work with development teams on remediation.\nSupport accessibility regression testing and integration of accessibility checks into regular QA processes.\nRequired\nStrong hands-on experience in QA Automation / SDET.\nPractical experience with accessibility testing.\nExperience performing or actively participating in VPAT/ACR assessments.\nGood knowledge of WCAG and accessibility testing practices.\nExperience with automated and manual accessibility testing.\nNice to have\nExperience with Section 508 and/or EN 301 549.\nPrevious QA Lead / Test Lead experience.\nAbility to coordinate testing activities and work across multiple product teams.\nJob Description - Grade Specific\nWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
