including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage meetings.\nVerify defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure application stability.\nPrepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.\nEnsure compliance with established QA processes, standards, and best practices.\nCoordinate with multiple testing teams and stakeholders across geographies to support successful project delivery.\nRequired Skills\nFluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.\n2+ years of experience in Functional Testing, preferably in bilingual or multilingual project environments.\nStrong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.\nExperience in creating and executing manual test cases.Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA and ALM/HP Quality Center.\nSolid understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in multilingual content validation and localization testing.\nExposure to UAT support and end-to-end business process validation.\nKnowledge of test estimation,
