The ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency with the ability to translate business needs into robust, high-quality implementations that align with industry’s best practices.\nYOUR ROLE\nDesign, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.\nImplementation and maintenance of triggers, Apex classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.\nConfigure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.\nDevelopment of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for customized interfaces.\nBuilding and maintaining robust integration between Salesforce and external system using REST/SOAP APIs.\nOptimizing Apex code and SOQL/SOSL queries for high performance.\nImplement and maintain Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.\nCollaborating with internal teams (Admins, Business Analysts, Project Managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nOptimize system performance, data quality, and user experience within the Salesforce platform.\nManaging the deployment process (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD tools).\nDevelop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and Salesforce deployment requirements.\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor’s Degree: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.\nMin 3 years’ experience in Salesforce development, with advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud\nSolid experience in APEX, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.\nHands-on experience of Salesforce integration with other external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)\nExperience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder) and a good understanding of how to balance configuration versus code\nSolid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, governor limits, security model.\nExperience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies\nTechnical Skills: Salesforce (Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/ Experience Cloud), Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, Git and CI/CD tools\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:\nFlexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;\nCommunities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;\nDo you want to learn more?
