Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nIn this role, you should expect to:\nDevelop and maintain custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nLead the technical design and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.\nConfigure and enhance core Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Knowledge.\nDesign and manage integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.\nOptimize data models, system performance, and automation, leveraging Salesforce Flow whenever possible.\nConduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and collaborate closely with analysts, business teams, and stakeholders.\nYOUR PROFILE\n5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud and end-to-end project delivery in enterprise environments.\nAdvanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Framework, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data and security models.\nStrong experience in Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, SLAs/Entitlements, Email-to-Case, and Web-to-Case.\nProven ability to design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.\nSolid understanding of DevOps and quality practices, including Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment strategies.\nStrong architectural thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership/mentoring capabilities.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
