As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.\nYOUR ROLE\nLead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of data and analytics solutions on SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.\nDesign and develop data models, analytical views, and governed data products with defined business semantics, ownership, quality standards, and usage documentation.\nOwn the integration of SAP (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) and non-SAP data sources, delivering end-to-end data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and provisioning.\nDrive SAP BW/BW/4HANA to SAP Datasphere migration workstreams, covering assessment, target design, implementation, testing, and transition to operations.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable data and analytics solutions.\nDefine and implement governance, security, and authorization frameworks across the data platform.\nEnsure solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and analytical readiness for reporting, analytics, and data product consumption.\nStrong end-to-end understanding of enterprise data and analytics solutions, from business requirements through implementation and operations.\nProven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable data models, integration flows, and analytical solutions.\nExperience optimizing processes, driving improvements, and providing architectural guidance within complex environments.\nAbility to make operational and functional decisions with cross-functional and multinational impact.\nExpertise in data governance, security, authorization management, documentation, and sustainable solution ownership.\nYOUR PROFILE\nStrong experience with SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.\nExperience with SAP Datasphere data modelling and SAP/non-SAP integrations.\nExperience with end-to-end data pipelines and SAP BW/BW/4HANA migrations.\nStrong knowledge of data governance, security, and authorization concepts.\nExperience designing scalable and high-performance data architectures.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.\nStrong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExperience mentoring colleagues and leading knowledge-transfer initiatives.\nWHAT WE´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
