Following the motto 'Make it real', we offer a variety of learning and personal development opportunities.\nYour project\nDigital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.\nWe are hiring in Poznań, Wrocław and Gdańsk!\nYour tasks\nInvolvement in development and maintenance of IT systems according to clients’ needs using the best praxis and design patterns.\nDepending on projects requirements analysis, design, implementation and finally testing and deployment of deliveries.\nCreating specifications and documentation for the business requirements and implemented features.\nPossible leading a small development team.\nUsing modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents where appropriate, while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security and technical decisions.\nYour profile\nAt least 4-5 years of experience in developing web applications with support for desktop and mobile and highly developed skills in the following technologies: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS.\nExperience with HTML5, CSS3.\nVery good knowledge of versioning system GIT.\nAbility to write unit test and E2E tests.\nBootstrap, Angular Material, NgRX (would be an advantage).\nGood command of English and German (B2+).\nTeam leading experience (as a great advantage).\nInterest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration.
