Depending on the project, you may also build or integrate GenAI capabilities such as LLM-based applications, AI agents and RAG.\nYou’ll contribute to solutions from design and implementation through production, working closely with architects, product teams and security. You can expect real influence on technical decisions, a quality-driven engineering environment and practical use of AI tools to improve development effectiveness.\nYour tasks\ndesign and develop high-quality Java applications and services, usign agentic software engineering practices;\ndesign APIs, integrations and distributed components for enterprise environments;\napply AI-assisted software engineering practices across the SDLC, including coding, testing, code review, documentation and engineering productivity;\nbuild or integrate GenAI capabilities, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG, vector search and enterprise AI services, depending on project needs;\ndesign solutions that can run effectively in modern cloud environments, using appropriate cloud services, containers and CI/CD;\nlead technical implementations from PoC/MVP through to production, working closely with architects and other engineering teams;\ncollaborate with Architecture, Data/AI and Security teams to ensure quality, performance, maintainability and security;\nshare engineering knowledge through code reviews, mentoring and technical discussions.\nYour profile\na technical degree or equivalent professional experience and a strong foundation in software engineering;\n strong hands-on experience in Java development and its modern ecosystem (e.g. Spring / Spring Boot);\nsolid understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, testing and software engineering best practices;\npractical experience using AI-assisted development tools and practices as part of the software development lifecycle;\nunderstanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, and willingness to further develop in this area. Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, vector search, LLM integration or enterprise AI services is a plus;\npractical knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern application delivery.
