Where no two days are the same.\nYour role\nWe are looking for a Consultant and People Manager to our Systems Engineering unit.\nIn your role as a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be part of a technical client assignment. You will be working on technical solutions in Product & Systems, both in SW & HW domain.\nAs a People Manager, you will be responsible for a small team of System Engineers delivering solutions to customers in industries such as defence, automotive, life science and others.\nYou will work with System Engineering and requirements on Product & Systems, both in SW & HW domain. Often Model Based Engineering including to follow Functional Safety and Cybers Security standards. You will also work within electrical and electronics on product & System level, for example as electrical or electronics engineer within power supply, electrical machines & battery systems. The role will be a combination of team responsibility and being a consultant in our delivery.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nBe part of technical delivery/assignment to our clients\nRecruit new team members and support, develop and mentor the members in the team\nSupport the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, retention etc.\nManage and support career development for your team\nContribute to technical solutions/sales activities of new projects\nWork on technical customer proposals\nYour profile\nA degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or similar\n8+ years of experience as an advanced System Engineer, Technical lead, or similar\nExperience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar is advantageous\nFluency in English, and preferably in Swedish language\nWhat we believe you will enjoy about working here\nWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
