In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business units, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure top talent. You will play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent market mapping, and driving hiring excellence while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.\nAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, your main responsibilities will include:\nLead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units and functions. \nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. \nAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, compensation insights, and hiring best practices. \nDrive proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels. \nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future business growth. \nManage the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions. \nEnsure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process. \nMonitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. \nSupport workforce planning discussions and contribute to forecasting hiring demand. \nCollaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align recruitment activities with organizational objectives. \nLead or contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and strategic talent acquisition projects. \nDrive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies while ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.\n-\nYour Profile:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. \nMinimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels. \nStrong experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles in a fast-paced environment. \nProven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. \nExpertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement strategies. \nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at different organizational levels. \nExperience managing offer negotiations and complex hiring processes. \nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal. \nHands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools. \nStrong organizational and project management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. \nFrench or German language proficiency is considered an advantage.\n-\nWhy Join Us?\nMeaningful Impact: Contribute to innovative projects that help clients achieve their business and technology transformation goals.\nProfessional Growth: Access continuous learning opportunities, certifications, mentorship, and career development programs.\nGlobal Exposure: Collaborate with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders across industries and geographies.\nCutting-Edge Projects: Work with leading technologies, methodologies, and business solutions.\nCollaborative Culture: Join an inclusive, supportive, and people-centric work environment.\n-\nOur Commitments and Priorities:\nAt Capgemini, we foster an inclusive culture within a diverse and multicultural environment.
