Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced Telecom OSS and Network Assurance solutions.\nIn this role, you will work on cloud-based EMS/NMS and assurance platforms, helping build scalable solutions for monitoring, managing, and assuring modern telecommunications networks. You will collaborate with global engineering teams and customers in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, and enhance cloud-based Telecom OSS, EMS/NMS, and Network Assurance solutions\nDevelop scalable backend components and integrations using Java and scripting technologies\nBuild and maintain integrations with network elements and external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, XML, and SNMP\nWork with structured and unstructured network data, including data parsing and transformation\nDevelop solutions using relational and graph databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, and Neo4j\nDeploy and operate applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes\nSupport automation and configuration management using Ansible\nCollaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, product teams, and customers across different locations\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architecture and technical design decisions\nSupport the evolution of solutions toward highly automated and autonomous network operations\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience\n7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally within Telecom, OSS, or Network Assurance domains\nStrong experience with Java\nExperience with scripting technologies such as Python, Perl, Groovy, or similar\nPractical experience with cloud-based EMS/NMS or Network Assurance products\nGood understanding of integration technologies and protocols:REST\nSOAP\nJMS\nXML / XSLT\nSNMP\n\nExperience with databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, and/or Neo4j\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible\nExperience with rules engines or related technologies such as Drools is an advantage\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed, cross-cultural teams\nStrong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset\nNice to Have\nHands-on experience with Nokia OSS products\nKnowledge of modern telecom network technologies, including:5G SA / NSA\n5G Network Slicing\nIP/MPLS\nOptical Networks\nIMS and VoLTE\nNFV / SDN\nFixed Networks\n\nExperience working with large-scale or highly automated Network Assurance / Autonomous Networks solutions\nWhat You Will Love About Working Here\nWe care about all our employees and want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
