This role values partnership, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nYOUR TASKS\nDevelop and maintain existing test automation frameworks. \nCreate regression tests and integrate them with CI/CD processes. \nSupport the implementation of the “Automation First” approach. \nCooperate with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and other teams. \nSupport automation of both new features and existing products. \nAnalyze test results and prepare test evidence. \nUse AI and GitHub Copilot to improve test automation efficiency. \nMentor less experienced team members in the area of test automation. \nYOUR PROFILE\n6+ years of proven experience in automated software testing, preferably in complex enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of QA methodology, including test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement.\nGood experience in test automation, including designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.\nHands-on experience in test automation development using Java, RESTAssured and Git \nGood hands-on experience in API testing, especially for REST and SOAP APIs, integration flows, backend services, and data distribution processes.\nGood experience in writing SQL queries and performing database testing.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and/or Bamboo.\nKnowledge and hands-on experience in UI testing in Selenium/Playwright is nice to have. \n\nExcellent communication skills,\nExperience in coordination of testing activities across multiple teams,\nKnowledge of test management methods,\nAdvanced English. \nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nAccess to more than 70 learning paths with certification opportunities (e.g. GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
