Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Delivery & Agentic AI Transformation Lead to manage strategic Trade Finance engagements and drive AI-led transformation across Trade Finance operations.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nLead end-to-end Trade Finance operations covering Import/Export LCs, SBLCs, Guarantees, Collections, Reimbursements, Supply Chain Finance, Compliance and OFAC screening.\nDrive SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, financial, risk and governance outcomes.\nManage client governance, executive reviews, audits, escalations and regulatory compliance.\nDefine and execute the Agentic AI roadmap for Trade Finance operations.\nLead AI use cases including document classification, data extraction, compliance screening, document verification, discrepancy detection and workflow orchestration.\nEstablish AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.\nDrive process re-engineering, standardization, operating model transformation and automation initiatives.\nSupport platform implementation, migration, testing, cutover and hypercare activities.\nBuild trusted client relationships and lead transformation, innovation and growth programs.\nDevelop and lead large global delivery teams while building Trade Finance and AI capabilities\nYOUR PROFILE\n18+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience with strong Trade Finance expertise.\nKnowledge of Trade Finance products, Trade Compliance, OFAC screening and SWIFT messaging.\nExperience managing global Trade Finance operations and transformation programs.\nBackground in process improvement, service governance and operating model change.\nExperience in AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI initiatives.\nExposure to Trade Finance platforms and workflow automation tools.\nGraduate degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Technology or related discipline.\nMBA, CDCS, CITF, Lean Six Sigma and AI/Cloud certifications preferred.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nLead Trade Finance transformation and AI-led innovation.\nDrive intelligent automation across banking operations.\nPartner with senior stakeholders on growth and operational excellence.\nBuild scalable AI capabilities and transformation assets.\nABOUT CAPGEMINI\nCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their digital and sustainable transformation.
