You ensure the availability, security, and performance of Windows-based environments while supporting modernization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.\nYour tasks\nAdminister, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments supporting critical business services.\nManage and support enterprise virtualization platforms based on VMware and Nutanix technologies.\nMonitor platform health, performance, capacity, and availability to ensure stable and reliable infrastructure services.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across Windows, virtualization layers.\nSupport backup, disaster recovery, patching, and platform lifecycle management activities.\nDevelop and utilize automation solutions to streamline operational tasks and improve service efficiency.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, network, and application teams to maintain service stability and performance.\nYour profile\nMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.\nStrong practical experience with Windows Server administration and core Wintel infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, patching, and server hardening.\nExperience with Microsoft endpoint and systems management technologies, such as SCCM/MECM, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), or equivalent solutions.\nGood knowledge of enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS) and Nutanix environments.\nKnowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as Veeam, VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM), or equivalent technologies.\nHands-on experience with automation and scripting technologies, such as PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.\nFluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
