Knowledge and experience of Mobile Device Management and AVD will be an advantage.\nThis role is based 5 days a week onsite in Manchester\nYour Role\nUndertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution including support for the team to undertake such tasks\nSupport and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables.\nAutomation of repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.\nTroubleshoot with and support M365 and MDM team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.\nProduce working documentation / HLD re Toolset or service configuration.\nInvolvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.\nWorking across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experience\nYou can bring your whole self to work.
