This role focuses on designing integrated solutions that maximize value from ServiceNow HRSD and complementary HR platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. You will shape platform strategy, define integration approaches, and ensure a seamless employee experience across systems.\nYOUR TASKS\nAdvise clients on HR technology setup and roadmap, aligning ServiceNow HRSD with broader HR transformation goals with Agentic AI elements.\nDefine architecture principles and integration strategies across ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.\nLead design for HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, AI Agents).\nEnsure interoperability and optimized workflows between platforms to deliver unified HR services.\nDesign integration patterns leveraging APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware.\nRecommend best practices for data exchange and process automation across HR ecosystems.\nEstablish architectural guardrails and ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.\nSupport clients in defining governance models for sustainable platform growth.\nYOUR PROFILE\n6+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in HRSD architecture.\nStrong understanding of HRSD capabilities and HR process design.\nProven experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR platforms.\nAbility to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.\nProficiency with enterprise architecture principles.\nServiceNow CSA, CIS-HRSD, CTA.\nWorkday or SuccessFactors integration experience.\nKnowledge of Employee Center Pro and Now Assist including AI Agents.\nIf you meet the qualifications and are passionate about delivering exceptional HR service delivery solutions using ServiceNow, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\n Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
