YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and passionate ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a keen understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates (Including AI Agents), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
YOUR TASK
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI Agents
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
- Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
- Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
YOUR PROFILE
Must have:
- ~8-10 years of experience in HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow - HRSD preffered (ideally 2-3+ years).
- Good understanding of HR operations: employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Now Assist and/or AI Agents.
- ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification.
