Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nJob Location : Whippany, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid from Day 1)\nJob Description\nDesign and implement scalable Snowflake data platform architectures. \nDefine data warehousing standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. \nArchitect ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion frameworks. \nImplement Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Data Sharing solutions. \nIntegrate Snowflake with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data lakes, APIs, and enterprise applications. \nOptimize platform performance, workload management, and cost efficiency. \nImplement security controls including RBAC, data masking, and row-level security. \nEstablish data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance practices. \nProvide technical leadership, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven data solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data architecture, and cloud data platforms.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, administration, and implementation.\nStrong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale data integration.\nExperience designing enterprise data solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nStrong knowledge of SQL, performance optimization, and data engineering best practices.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or equivalent).\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSnowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect or related Snowflake certifications.\nCloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExperience with Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Modern Data Platform architectures.\nKnowledge of AI/ML platform integration and data science workflows.\nExperience with data governance, master data management, and metadata management tools.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:110786-130923\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
