The Group reported 2025 global revenues of €22.5 billion.\n About the role\nThis role is hands-on, with a significant focus on frontend product development using React, while also contributing to backend (Node.js) services and AWS-based infrastructure. You will participate in technical planning, drive implementation excellence, and occasionally lead feature development end-to-end.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and enhance web editor and user interfaces using TypeScript + React.js.\nDevelop backend APIs, services and internal tools using TypeScript (Node.js).\nCollaborate closely with Tech Lead to execute plans and technical direction for the platform.\nTake ownership of features - design, build, test, deploy and maintain.\nParticipate actively in code reviews, system discussions and engineering best practices.\nEnsure product performance, scalability and reliability at scale.\nContribute to AWS deployment workflows, CI/CD and infrastructure improvements.\nProduce clear documentation for systems, features and operational procedures.\nOccasionally lead and drive feature development independently.\nRequirements\nStrong experience with React + TypeScript, especially for production-scale dashboards. Solid backend development experience using Node.js (TypeScript).\n Practical experience building with LLMs or generative AI in production or serious side projects, including prompt design, API integration, and handling non-deterministic output (evaluation, guardrails, fallbacks).\nHands-on experience with AWS deployments and cloud-native architecture.\nFamiliar with CI/CD pipelines, environments, and infrastructure as code\nUnderstanding of scalable architecture, performance optimisation and secure coding practices.\nAble to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps, Data).\nComfortable working in both new and legacy codebases, and learning fast.\nExhibits strong ownership, clarity in communication and good engineering hygiene.\nGood-to-Have / Bonus \nFamiliarity with Website Builders / CMS\nExperience with RAG, embeddings or vector search, or with agentic workflows and tool use (e.g. MCP).\nKnowledge of Terraform or other IaC tooling.\nExperience with large-scale monitoring, observability, or distributed systems.\nLet's talk about what's in it for you!\nPassionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
