Leadership\nLead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions leveraging ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.\nConduct feasibility assessments and evaluate solution options to address business requirements and technology challenges.\nDevelop architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and target operating models.\nProvide technical leadership across multiple projects, workstreams, and delivery teams.\nReview solution designs to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and operational effectiveness.\nEstablish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.\nPlatform Transformation & Automation\nDrive business process automation and workflow transformation initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through low-code/no-code platforms and intelligent automation.\nSupport migration and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms and applications.\nDesign integrated solutions that connect business processes, enterprise systems, and data services.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize platform utilization and
