This role combines strategic advisory, transformation leadership, and business development responsibilities within Capgemini's Intelligent Business Operations practice\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead end-to-end supply chain and Intelligent Business Operations transformation programs.\nDefine transformation strategies, business cases, operating models, transition plans, and implementation roadmaps.\nAdvise clients on supply chain planning, customer operations, logistics, inventory management, AI-enabled operations, and performance management.\nDrive the design and deployment of next-generation intelligent supply chain operating models.\nPartner with client executives to establish Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, and outsourcing solutions.\nLead organizational, process, and technology transformation initiatives.\nSupport business development, pursuit activities, solution shaping, and revenue growth opportunities.\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.\nMentor and develop consulting teams while contributing to practice development, recruitment, and capability building.\nEnsure successful delivery of transformation engagements, managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience\n15+ years of experience across management consulting, supply chain operations, outsourcing transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation.\nProven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformation and managed services programs.\nStrong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to shape, sell, and deliver complex transformation initiatives.\nExperience working within one or more of the following industries:Consumer Products\nRetail\nLife Sciences\nAutomotive\n\nExperience designing and implementing GBS, Shared Services, or outsourcing operating models\nDomain Expertise\nDeep expertise in at least one of the following supply chain domains:Supply Chain Planning\nCustomer Operations\nProcurement\nFulfilment & Logistics\n\nStrong understanding of:Intelligent Business Operations (IBO)\nAI-enabled operating models\nGlobal Process Ownership\nService Delivery Models\nOutcome-based commercial models\nShared Services and Global Business Services frameworks\n\nEssential Requirements\nExtensive experience leading large-scale outsourcing and transformation programs.\nDeep knowledge of supply chain business processes within GBS/SSC environments.\nDemonstrated experience designing future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.\nStrong understanding of digital, AI, and technology-led business transformation.\nExperience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders and executives\nYour Security Clearance\nTo be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standardchecks.\nThere are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last3 years, further checks may be required.\nThere are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will beasked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.\nWhat does 'Get the future you want' mean to you?\nYou’ll be bringing your unique skills and perspectives to the team, inspiring and taking inspiration from your teammates as you unlock value in everything you do.
