About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo and support recruitment activities for a business line across the Middle East.

This is a hands-on 360-degree recruitment role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the business line.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and proactively sourcing candidates through assessment, stakeholder management, offer stages and candidate communication.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of recruitment delivery and candidate experience.

A Working Schedule That Stands Out

One of the advantages of this role is the Sunday-to-Thursday working week, aligned with the teams and markets you will support. This means your regular weekend falls on Friday and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the assigned business line, managing roles across different levels of seniority, including senior and high-level positions, from requisition through sourcing, assessment, interviews, selection and offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the Middle East, acting as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, provide market insights, manage expectations and support negotiations.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools and other channels, while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates against experience, competencies, motivation and overall suitability, providing hiring managers with clear and relevant recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and stakeholders, ensuring professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Manage recruitment activities accurately through the relevant Applicant Tracking System, ensuring recruitment data is complete, accurate and up to date, while providing stakeholders with regular pipeline and progress updates.
  • Deliver against agreed recruitment KPIs, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and direct sourcing, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working.
  • Contribute to talent pooling, Employer Branding and recruitment-related projects, working closely with HR, onboarding and other internal teams as a key Talent Acquisition point of contact for the assigned business line.
