Your primary responsibility is to deliver on our yearly graduate recruitment targets, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our growth ambitions for Sweden and Denmark. This is a true project management role where you will drive multiple recruitments initiatives simultaneously, collaborating with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates across the organization. Through your work, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline and maintaining our position as a leading consulting firm in the market.\nYour Role\nLead and deliver our annual graduate recruitment across Sweden & Denmark for all industries and capabilities, from job description to signed contracts (primarily during H2)\nSupport our senior recruitment agenda in Sweden and Denmark (primarily during H1)\nOwn the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offer management, and contract administration, reporting and follow-up activities.\nAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders across the organization while independently driving recruitment initiatives.\nYou enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong relationships, balancing multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment between business needs, candidate experience, and recruitment objectives.\nEnsure a professional, engaging, and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process while continuously improving recruitment processes, assessment methods and ways of working.\nLead and support Employer Branding initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Branding team and university leads.\nDevelop and continuously enhance consulting cases and assessment methods together with our case team to ensure an engaging, relevant and best-in class selection process.\nYour Profile\nMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience after graduation from a fast-paced environment. Ideally from a management consultancy working in a similar in-house role, alternatively from a recruitment consultancy or a larger organization.\nPassion for recruitment, talent attraction, candidate experience, and building strong relationships with a service-oriented mindset.\nA natural project manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, effectively balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines while driving initiatives, to successful completion.\nComfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level with a flexible mindset and ability to handle rapidly changing prioritization.
