achieving recruitment targets.\nMain Responsibilities:\nTalent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction\nSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.\nBuild talent pipelines for volume hiring and niche technical roles.\nUtilize recruitment tools and sourcing platforms to identify top talent.\nEnd-to-End Recruitment Management\nManage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.\nScreen applications, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.\nEnsure timely candidate progression and adherence to recruitment SLAs.\nCandidate Assessment & Interviewing\nConduct interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.\nEvaluate candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.\nSupport hiring decisions through effective candidate assessment.\nKey Responsibilities\nVolume Hiring Management\nManage high-volume recruitment campaigns and multiple requisitions.\nMaintain candidate pipelines and drive timely hiring outcomes.\nMonitor hiring progress and recruitment metrics.\nStakeholder & Candidate Management\nPartner with hiring managers and serve as the primary contact for candidates.\nProvide recruitment updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders.\nOffer Management & Onboarding Support\nPrepare and present job offers, including salary discussions and negotiations.\nCoordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.\nEnsure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.\nRecruitment Reporting & Compliance\nMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.\nTrack recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports.\nEnsure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.\nWork Arrangement:\nOnsite schedule of 3 days per week at the Mall of Asia Business Complex\nMust be amenable to work on shifting schedules \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both volume hiring and technical recruitment.\nProven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.\nStrong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.\nExperience recruiting for technical and niche roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity professionals, Service Desk, Technical Support, and other IT positions.\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring
