This role offers the opportunity to work across corporate tax, employment taxes, transfer pricing and tax reporting, while collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring tax compliance obligations are met, supporting business readiness for regulatory changes, and driving process improvements across the compliance cycle.\nYour Role\nResponsible for all aspects of the corporate tax compliance cycle, including the preparation of corporation tax computations and QIP calculations. \nResponsible for all non-payroll PAYE compliance (e.g. PSA and Employment Related Securities Filing) - to provide support in readiness for payrolling of benefits \nResponsible for supporting local transfer pricing requirements and validating existing transfer pricing policies, including a willingness to drive business response to changes in TP filing requirements (e.g. ICTS). \nPreparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. \nIdentifying and implementing process improvements across the compliance cycle. \nYour Skills and Experience\nUK Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent), UK Tax Qualification desired. \nExperience in UK corporate tax compliance within practice, industry, or a combination of both. \nKnowledge of corporation tax computations, corporation tax returns and related reporting requirements. \nExposure to transfer pricing compliance and intercompany transactions would be advantageous. \nUnderstanding of PAYE compliance, PSA and Employment Related Securities reporting requirements is desirable. \nAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. \nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. \nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing processes and controls. \nWe are a Disability Confident Employer\nCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
