internal knowledge sharing, supporting cross-team collaboration and the company’s wider community initiative\nYOUR PROFILE\nAt least seven years of professional experience in tax and statutory reporting within a global organization, with preference for a background in SSC/BPO structures.\nConfirmed experience in leading teams, including supporting their development and daily performance.\nExtensive knowledge of statutory compliance, corporate taxation, VAT/indirect taxes, withholding taxes, as well as group-level tax reporting and forecasting processes.\nStrong familiarity with month-end closing routines and preparing accurate trial balances.\nExperience collaborating with, or supervising, external tax and compliance service providers.\nComprehensive understanding of accounting standards and how financial data moves through end-to-end processes.\nPractical experience working with ERP platforms, such as SAP or CFIN.\nA proven ability to implement process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.\nOutstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.\nAn analytical and
