You will combine technical Transfer Pricing expertise with team leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement in a global environment.\nYour tasks\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Transfer Pricing specialists and analysts.\nCoordinate transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) in line with OECD and local regulations.\nOversee TP calculations, intercompany pricing, and recharge processes.\nManage delivery timelines, workloads, and compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions.\nCollaborate with Group Tax, Finance teams, and external advisors (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte).\nEnsure high-quality data collection, validation, and analysis supporting TP reporting.\nDrive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor and report team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks.\nYour profile\nProven experience in Transfer Pricing or Corporate Tax within an international environment.\nStrong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing principles and documentation requirements.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or coordinating teams and complex deliverables.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global organizations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and compliance requirements.\nStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and SAP knowledge.\nExperience working with external tax advisors and/or Big 4.\nFluent English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\nWhat You'll love about working here\n Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
