Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR PROFILE\nMinimum 3 - 5 years of experience in tax (CIT) and statutory reporting in an international environment (preferably SSC/BPO).\nEnglish skills proven in writing and speaking in C1 level.\nStrong expertise in statutory reporting, CIT, group tax reporting and forecasting.\nSolid understanding of month-end processes and trial balance production.\nExperience working with or managing outsourced tax/compliance providers.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data flows.\nHands-on experience with ERP accounting systems (ex. SAP, CFIN).\nTrack record of driving process change and continuous improvement.\nCuriosity, ownership, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.\nNice to have\nTax or statutory expertise in Poland, UK, US, Germany, Spain, or Australia.\nYOUR TASKS\nLead an expert especially in CIT, ensuring high-quality delivery and supporting day-to-day operations within tax and statutory reporting.\nCollaborate with key stakeholders, including the Head of Tax & Statutory Delivery and Group Tax teams, to ensure smooth coordination across all reporting activities.\nManage and oversee the full tax and statutory reporting cycle, covering statutory accounts, CIT, group tax reporting, query handling, and ETR forecasting.\nProvide accurate and complete financial data to external service providers for tax filings and preparation of statutory accounts.\nStrengthen governance, controls and process documentation, ensuring alignment with the Tax Governance Framework.\nSupport complex cases and assist during peak periods, including managing escalations when needed.\nDrive improvements, standardization and automation initiatives across the tax and statutory reporting landscape.\nPrepare, review and process complex General Ledger entries, including accruals, provisions, allocations and other non-standard accounting events.\nInitiate accounting postings where needed, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and event-specific procedures.\nReport regularly to the Tax, Transfer Pricing & Statutory Reporting Manager, ensuring transparency on progress, challenges and responsibilities.\nWhat You'll love about working here\n Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
