You will also play a key role in coordinating projects, preparing reports, and creating impactful presentations.\nYour tasks\nCreate an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication and trust.\nSet clear objectives and performance goals for the team.\nDelegate tasks effectively and manage deadlines.\nMonitor team performance and report on key metrics.\nMotivate and support team members in their development.\nIdentify training needs and provide ongoing coaching.\nCoordinate various projects in partnership with Executives.\nPrepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools.\nConduct market research and gather business intelligence.\nCreate professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.\nYour profile\nProven experience of at least 3 years in a team leadership roles.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\nAnalytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.\nPositive, approachable, and proactive personality.\nExperience in executive support or business services.\nFluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).\nA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in a relevant field.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
