Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description\nTechnical Lead (#136105)\nWe are seeking a Technical Lead based in LATAM to support Hiring Events, a live, high-traffic production platform. This role is heavily focused on production support, incident management, system reliability, technical leadership, and maintaining business-critical event operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting complex production issues, working directly with client-facing teams, and leading engineering efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.\nPartner closely with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and address support tickets.\nEnsure timely resolution of incidents and SLA adherence.\nMonitor production environments and respond to alerts, outages, and performance degradation.\nSupport architecture changes and system integrations.\nMaintain and update business event logic as upstream systems evolve.\nDrive technical investigations using data and system metrics.\nLead engineering efforts and provide guidance to other team members.\nRequired Technical Skills\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong backend development experience with:Java\nSpring Boot\nPython\nDjango\n\nFrontend development experience with:React\n\nExperience with:Kafka\nGraphQL\nSQL and/or MongoDB\n\nBuild and deployment experience.\nExperience with at least one of:Dagster\nData Lakes\nAmazon Athena\n\nStrong production support and troubleshooting experience.\nAbility to use data to diagnose and resolve system issues.\nExperience working independently and owning deliverables end-to-end.\nLeadership Requirements\nProven technical leadership experience.\nExperience onboarding, mentoring, and guiding engineers.\nExperience coordinating and overseeing technical work.\nStrong ownership mentality.\nAbility to independently merge and deploy code.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.\nStrong prioritization and strategic thinking capabilities.\nNice to Have\nProduct Management experience.\nExperience partnering with GTM teams.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as:Claude\nCursor\nWindsurf#LI-FO1\n\nJob Description - Grade Specific\nRequires a solid understanding of software development principles and strong leadership skills.
