This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive large-scale AI programs from concept through production while partnering with engineering, architecture, product, data science, and business teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI implementation frameworks, combined with exceptional program leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.\nYour Role\nLead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI Native and Generative AI workstreams aligned to business and technology objectives.\nDrive execution of AI-powered solutions including RAG, Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and LLM-based applications.\nEstablish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, roadmaps, budgets, and executive communications.\nPartner with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.\nDefine and govern AI quality frameworks including evaluation harnesses, benchmark testing, gold datasets, hallucination reduction, and continuous validation.\nDrive adoption of LLMOps and MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, observability, and optimization.\nMeasure and communicate business outcomes including adoption, productivity improvements, model performance, and ROI.\nReview technical designs and architecture decisions to ensure production-grade AI implementations.\nDrive Agile program execution, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with teams to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and innovation.\nYour Skills and Experience\nAt least 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Delivery, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Programs.\nProven recent experience leading large-scale AI/GenAI programs from strategy through production deployment.\nStrong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI solutions.\nExperience designing and delivering AI Agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-native applications.\nStrong expertise in Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and semantic search architectures.\nExperience with Vector Databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and enterprise knowledge platforms.\nStrong understanding of LLMOps, MLOps, AI observability, performance monitoring, and model lifecycle management.\nExperience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, benchmark testing, model validation, and hallucination reduction strategies.\nStrong knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.\nStrong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and risk management.\nExcellent executive stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments.\nPMP, SAFe, Agile, Cloud, or AI-related certifications are preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $109,180 to $197,175\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
