Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the technical planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution across Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance phases.\nYou will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customers, acting as the key technical reference throughout the project lifecycle.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nProviding technical leadership and driving project execution from initiation to acceptance.\nPlanning project activities, defining deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.\nCoordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.\nIdentifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.\nMonitoring project progress and reporting achievements, results, challenges, and next steps to stakeholders.\nManaging customer-facing activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.\nActing as the main interface between project teams and R&D organizations.\nReviewing and validating technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, and MOPs.\nCoordinating testing, validation, acceptance, and integration activities.\nEnsuring technical quality standards, project governance, and delivery commitments are met.\nYOUR PROFILE\nProven experience in technical project management within Telecom software solutions, system development, or integration environments.\nStrong understanding of application integration projects, particularly within complex and multi-domain ecosystems.\nSolid knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and database technologies such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.\nGood understanding of IP networking and telecom protocols, including Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, and SNMP.\nExperience with Cloud and Virtualized environments, including VNF, CNF, VMware, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, NCS, and NCOM.\nFamiliarity with core telecom network elements such as HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, EIR, SDL, One-MNP, and One-NDS.Knowledge of Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE, IMS, and Payment Systems is highly valued.\nPrevious exposure to OSS/BSS platforms and telecom frameworks.\nPMI certification or project management background is considered an advantage.\nExperience engaging with customers and managing technical stakeholder expectations.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
