Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution across Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance phases.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customer stakeholders, driving technical excellence and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nProviding technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.\nLeading project initiation, setup, planning, and execution activities.\nCoordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project dependencies.\nIdentifying technical and delivery risks and defining mitigation plans.\nTracking project progress and ensuring alignment with agreed milestones and deliverables.\nProducing regular project status reports, including achievements, progress, issues, risks, and next steps.\nManaging customer-facing activities and acting as a trusted technical point of contact.\nCollaborating with R&D teams to address technical challenges and product-related topics.\nReviewing and validating technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, and MOPs.\nCoordinating testing, validation, acceptance, and deployment activities.\nEnsuring project governance, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.\nYOUR PROFILE\nProven experience in Technical Project Management within Telecom software development, implementation, or system integration environments.\nSolid understanding of software-based telecommunications solutions and delivery processes.\nExperience coordinating complex application integration projects across multiple domains and stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.\nExperience working with databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and telecom protocols, including:Diameter\nHTTP2\nSIP\nSOAP/XML\nSNMP\nKnowledge of Cloud and Virtualized Network technologies, including:VNF / CNF\nCBIS / CBAM\nNCS / NCOM\nVMware\nOpenStack\nBasic understanding of telecom core network platforms and subscriber management solutions, such as:HSS / HLR\nSDL\nAUSF / UDM\nEIR\nOne-MNP\nOne-NDS\nKnowledge of Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE, IMS, and Payment Systems is highly desirable.\nPrevious experience working with OSS/BSS platforms and operational frameworks.\nPMI certification or formal Project Management training is considered an advantage.\nStrong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
