Working closely with engineers and subject matter experts, you will transform complex technical information into structured, easy-to-understand content while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with documentation standards throughout the content lifecycle.\nWhat you can expect in this role:\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, work instructions, and manuals.\nCreate and manage structured XML-based content using industry-standard authoring methodologies.\nProduce and maintain DITA-compliant documentation across multiple deliverables.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and update technical information.\nManage documentation within Windchill and Arbortext environments.\nConduct documentation reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content quality and usability.\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Languages, Literature, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.\n\nProven experience in technical writing, including the creation and maintenance of structured XML-based documentation.\n\nExperience working with Arbortext and Windchill in a documentation or content management environment.\n\nKnowledge of DITA authoring principles and documentation best practices.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
