Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Business / Technical Analyst within the Network Automation Team, your mission is to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that enable the automation of telecommunications network services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design scalable automation solutions, ensuring alignment with network operations, service delivery objectives, and enterprise architecture standards.\nYou will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, process analysis, solution definition, and architecture documentation for automation initiatives based on platforms such as Cisco NSO and Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP). Through your contribution, you will support the continuous evolution of network operations, service orchestration, and automation governance.\nKey Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for network automation initiatives.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and high-level solution designs.\nWork closely with stakeholders to define project scope, identify dependencies, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaborate with development teams responsible for implementing automation use cases.\nProduce and maintain architecture documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), workflows, and process diagrams.\nAnalyze existing operational processes and identify automation opportunities.\nSupport the definition and optimization of network service orchestration and fulfillment workflows.\nEnsure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement activities.\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of automation projects.\nSupport project and stakeholder management activities for new developments and change requests.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation best practices, and automation governance frameworks.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in telecommunications environments.\nProven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and scope definition for complex technology projects.\nStrong understanding of telecommunications network architectures, including access networks, routing, peering, and service delivery ecosystems.\nExperience working with network automation and orchestration platforms.\nKnowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom operational processes.\nExperience producing functional and technical documentation.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProactive attitude with a strong ownership mindset.\nFluent Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nMandatory Skills:\nRequirements gathering and scope definition.\nStrong networking knowledge, including:Access Networks\nRouting Protocols\nPeering\nNetwork Architectures\n\nExperience with Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).\nExpertise in telecom corporate services, including:Digital Centrex\nCBT\nOSS Lite\nOSS Premium\nAnti-DDoS Services\nEthernet Carrier Services\nGiganet\n\nStrong understanding of OSS/BSS environments.\nArchitecture documentation (HLD, LLD, solution designs).\nAbility to create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams.\nDocker and Docker Compose knowledge.\nAgile delivery methodologies.\nSpanish language proficiency.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nProactive and ownership-driven mindset.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.\nEngage in exciting national and international projects.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
