Where no two days are the same.\nYour Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our teams in Lisbon or Porto, to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.\nManage end-to-end telecom projects\nDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams.\nManage relationships with mobile network operators,contractors, and other stakeholders.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.\nOversee procurement activities and contractor performance.\nIdentify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances.\nYour Profile\n+5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferrably with experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects\nAcademic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar\nKnowledge of mobile, roaming services, as well as experience managing telco sites\nOperational management, client relationship building, and strategic problem-solving\nProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CAPM or related certifications are valued);\nGood knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI\nGood level of spoken and written English\nProactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering results and fostering collaboration.\nWhat you'll love about working here\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. \nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance. \nHybrid work. \nYour career growth is central to our mission.
