The ideal candidate will possess strong software development, automation, database, API, and telecom network knowledge, with the ability to design and execute complex test scenarios in multi-vendor environments.\nThe role involves developing automated test frameworks, validating software releases, troubleshooting defects, supporting system integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery of telecom products and solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest Design & ExecutionDesign, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and system-level test cases.\nDevelop test plans, test strategies, and test execution documentation.\nValidate application functionality against business and technical requirements.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and customer validation activities.\nProduce detailed test reports and quality metrics.\n\nTest AutomationDesign and implement automated test frameworks and scripts.\nDevelop reusable automation components to improve testing efficiency and coverage.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.\nContinuously improve test automation processes and tools.\n\nApplication & API TestingPerform end-to-end testing of telecom applications and network management systems.\nValidate REST APIs, SOAP services, and JMS-based integrations.\nExecute interface, integration, and interoperability testing.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot API and middleware-related issues.\n\nDatabase ValidationPerform database validation and data integrity testing.\nDevelop and execute complex SQL queries for testing and troubleshooting.\nValidate database transactions, performance, and application interactions.\nSupport root cause analysis using database and application logs.\n\nSystem Troubleshooting & Defect ManagementAnalyze application logs, traces, and system behavior to identify defects.\nReproduce, document, and track software defects.\nWork closely with development teams to investigate and resolve issues.\nSupport defect triage and root cause analysis activities.\n\nTelecom Domain TestingValidate telecom network management and service assurance functionalities.\nSupport testing activities related to:LTE Core Networks\nIP/MPLS Networks\nNetwork Management Systems\nOSS platforms\n\nVerify compliance with telecom protocols and operational workflows.\n\nContinuous ImprovementContribute to testing best practices, methodologies, and process improvements.\nParticipate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical reviews.\nSupport automation and quality initiatives across projects.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in software testing, automation testing, or telecom system validation.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation.\nExperience in telecom applications, OSS platforms, or network management systems.\nProven track record in defect analysis, automation, and integration testing.\nFluent English (written and spoken).\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work
