Join us in driving next-generation Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and AI-enabled testing solutions across regulated and engineering-intensive industries.\nYour Role\nAs a Test Architect, you will lead enterprise-wide test strategy, automation architecture, solutioning, and quality engineering transformation initiatives across domains such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Automotive, and Aerospace. You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, and leadership to define scalable automation frameworks, drive proposal development, establish quality engineering best practices, and leverage AI-driven testing solutions.\nIn this role, you will:\nDefine and drive Test Architecture strategies for large-scale engineering and enterprise applications.\nLead pre-sales engagements, effort estimation, solutioning workshops, proposal creation, and customer presentations for Quality Engineering and Validation services.\nDesign scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks aligned to business and regulatory requirements.\nEvaluate, select, and govern automation frameworks, tools, and technology stacks based on project needs, scalability, ROI, and maintainability.\nDevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), accelerators, reference architectures, and innovative testing solutions.\nDrive AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives using GenAI technologies for test case generation, script generation, intelligent test maintenance, and test data creation.\nYour Profile\n15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Verification & Validation (V&V), or Test Automation.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Test Architecture, Automation Architecture, or Quality Engineering leadership roles.\nStrong experience in effort estimation methodologies, proposal development, solution architecture reviews, and customer-facing consulting engagements.\nDeep expertise in designing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks, reusable components, test harnesses, and accelerators.\nHands-on experience with AI-driven testing technologies including GitHub Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs.\nStrong programming expertise in Python, C, C++, C#, Perl, and Shell Scripting.\nExperience building automation solutions for embedded systems, desktop applications, web applications, APIs, and integrated platforms.\nStrong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing practices.T.\nDomain Expertise Required\nCandidates should possess experience in one or more of the following domains:\nMedical Devices\nHealthcare & Life Sciences\nManufacturing\nIndustrial Automation\nAutomotive\nAerospace & Defense\nAbout Us\nAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world's most innovative companies unleash their potential.
