The ideal candidate has deep experience managing end-to-end testing cycles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record working with cross-functional and multilingual teams. You will drive quality strategy, manage testing teams, and collaborate closely with our German-speaking clients and stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and manage the overall test strategy, scope, and timelines.\nLead end-to-end testing activities: system, integration, regression, UAT, and performance.\nCoordinate testing teams and ensure efficient task allocation and execution.\nOversee defect management, including triage, prioritization, and closure.\nAct as the main testing contact for German-speaking stakeholders and project teams.\nPrepare and deliver clear testing status updates, reports, and risks.\nEnsure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across testing activities.\nSupport test automation adoption and tool optimization where applicable.\nQualifications & Skills\nMust-Have:\n6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in test management or leading QA teams.\nFluency in German for communication with clients and stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).\nHands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, TestRail).\nProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-location teams.\nExcellent problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience working with European or German clients.\nFamiliarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, etc.).\nISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced)\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
