Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nLead and coordinate test activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.\nPerform hands-on manual testing of web applications, APIs, and business processes.\nDesign and execute test cases, prepare test data, and manage the defect lifecycle.\nCollaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.\nMonitor test progress, risks, and quality metrics, providing clear status reporting.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to test automation and cloud testing activities.\nYOUR PROFILE\nMinimum 3 years' experience as a Test Manager (ISTQB certified or equivalent).\nAt least 6 years' experience in software testing, including roles such as Tester, Test Analyst, Test Designer, or Test Automation Engineer.\nStrong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and AI-driven testing.\nExperience in test case design, test data preparation, test execution, and defect management.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and Python.\nUnderstanding of data anonymization principles and practices.\nBasic experience with test automation and testing cloud-based services.\nFamiliarity with CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, and Parquet data formats.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nWHAT YOU´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
