This role is responsible for investigating, validating, approving, and resolving customer claims and deductions while ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit records, and financial data.\nPerform detailed reconciliations and identify valid versus invalid claims.\nProcess approved deductions and ensure accurate account clearing.\nMaintain complete and accurate documentation for audit purposes.\nCoordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, and other stakeholders to resolve complex deduction issues.\nManage recovery activities for invalid deductions and monitor resolution progress.\nConduct data analysis to identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with established controls, policies, and financial governance requirements.\nSupport month-end activities, reporting requirements, and account reconciliations.\nUtilize ERP systems and reporting tools to manage deduction workflows and maintain accurate records.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Trade Deductions, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Revenue Management, or a related finance function.\nExperience working in high-volume transaction environments.\nStrong understanding of financial reconciliation and data validation processes.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience using SAP or similar ERP systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting consumer goods (FMCG/CPG), retail,
