Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYour role\nAs a Transformation Consultant (Tax), you will support clients across Europe and EMEA in managing direct and indirect tax processes, ensuring compliance, improving tax operations, and driving transformation initiatives through innovative technology and automation solutions.\nYour tasks\nPrepare and review direct and indirect tax calculations and statutory filings (VAT, CIT, WHT).\nSupport tax reporting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance activities.\nAnalyze tax data and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.\nParticipate in tax process improvement and transformation projects.\nSupport the design and implementation of optimized tax processes and controls.\nWork with ERP tax modules and reporting tools to improve efficiency and automation.\nCollaborate with tax, finance, and controllership teams across multiple countries.\nContribute to client workshops, knowledge sharing, and pre-sales activities.\nYour profile\n11+ years of experience in direct and indirect tax processes within Europe and/or EMEA.\nGood understanding of VAT, CIT, WHT, and related tax regulations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nExperience working with tax data, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.\nFamiliarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tax modules.\nKnowledge of tax technology and reporting tools is an advantage.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a consulting environment.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nPractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\nAward-winning development programs to support your career at every stage.
