This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day treasury activities, cash management processes, liquidity planning, financial reporting, and treasury-related controls.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or banking environments and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position offers exposure to global treasury operations and the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Finance and Accounting functions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and review daily cash positions, analyzing cash movements and identifying liquidity requirements.\nExecute treasury transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding activities.\nPerform bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.\nSupport cash forecasting activities by validating inputs, monitoring variances, and contributing to forecast accuracy.\nMaintain bank account documentation and support treasury management system administration.\nMonitor and reconcile intercompany balances and funding transactions.\nPrepare treasury reports and dashboards, providing visibility into cash trends and operational performance.\nSupport process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and treasury system enhancements.\nCollaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and other business partners on cash and treasury-related activities.\nAssist with audits, compliance requirements, policy adherence, and internal control activities.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related areas.\nStrong understanding of cash management principles, cash flow analysis, and financial statements.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis functions.\nExperience working with ERP and/or Treasury Management Systems (such as SAP, Kyriba, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting multinational or global treasury operations.\nExposure to treasury automation and process improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of banking platforms and treasury controls.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nAttention to Detail\nFinancial Acumen\nProcess Improvement Mindset\nStakeholder Management\nCommunication Skills\nAccountability and Ownership\nTeam Collaboration#LI-Hybrid #LI-LG8\n\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
