Where no two days are the same.\nYour Role\nLead CAE and virtual analysis activities for suspension and steering system development across all vehicle program phases.\nAnalyze and optimize suspension and steering kinematics, compliance, stiffness, damping, and tire specifications.\nPerform ride and handling simulations, including steady-state and transient vehicle dynamics events such as Fish-Hook, Step Steer, Trailer Tow, and Off-Road scenarios.\nDevelop, validate, and maintain full vehicle and subsystem simulation models using tools such as ADAMS/Car, CARSIM, VI-Car Realtime, and NASTRAN.\nProvide engineering recommendations and analytical support to improve vehicle ride, handling, comfort, durability, and overall performance targets.\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics theory and application.\n2-3 years of experience with suspension, steering, brake system kinematics/compliance analysis, ride & handling assessments, or structural simulations.\nProficiency in CAE and simulation tools including ADAMS/Car, CARSIM, VI-Car Realtime, NASTRAN, Altair HyperWorks, and MATLAB.\nAbility to develop custom automation and simulation routines using MATLAB, Visual Basic, or ADAMS scripting tools.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with advanced English proficiency and familiarity with DFMEA, NX, Teamcenter, and CoDeP.\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nAvailability to travel to Santa Fe occasionally.\nWhat you'll love\nContribute to building a better future for people, planet, and society.\nThrive in a diverse, respectful, and inclusive environment.\nAccess continuous learning through internal academies, certifications, and mentorship.\nActive employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women@Capgemini.\nA culture anchored in our Fun and Team spirit values.\nAbout Capgemini\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
