Be part of a team that blends innovation, data, and design to create human-centric solutions for the workforce of tomorrow.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Workday Managing Consultant, you will lead Workday-enabled HR transformation programmes, helping organisations modernise HR operating models, employee experiences and service delivery through technology, process and organisational transformation. You will combine strategic advisory, programme leadership and Workday expertise to support clients throughout the transformation lifecycle, from strategy and operating model design through implementation, adoption and value realisation.\nIn this role you will:\nLead Workday-enabled HR transformation engagements across strategy, process design and implementation. \nAdvise clients on Workday capabilities, HR technology roadmaps, employee experience and AI-enabled HR services. \nFacilitate executive workshops, governance forums and stakeholder decision-making sessions. \nLead functional workstreams across design, configuration, testing, deployment and adoption activities. \nManage programme scope, risks, dependencies, quality assurance and delivery outcomes. \nBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor. \nLead and develop multidisciplinary teams while supporting capability growth across the Workday practice. \nSupport business development activities including proposals, bids, account growth and proposition development. \nAs part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities that form part of the following categories:\nBusiness Development\nLead and contribute to proposals, bids, RFPs and client pursuits. \nSupport proposition development across Workday and HR Transformation offerings. \nContribute to thought leadership, client events and market-facing activities. \nSupport account growth and development of strategic client relationships. \nInternal Contribution\nDevelop delivery assets, methodologies and transformation accelerators. \nSupport recruitment, mentoring and capability-building activities. \nContribute to innovation, knowledge sharing and practice growth initiatives. \nLearning & Development\nPursue Workday and consulting certifications. \nContinuously develop expertise across HR technology, workforce transformation and AI-enabled HR services. \nSupport mentoring and coaching initiatives across the wider team. \nWhat makes this role unique?\nOpportunity to lead complex Workday and HR transformation programmes for leading organisations. \nExposure to HR Transformation, Employee Experience, AI and Workforce Transformation initiatives. \nAccess to Capgemini's extensive HR Transformation and Workday ecosystem. \nOpportunity to shape propositions, develop talent and influence the future growth of the Workday practice. \nClear progression into senior leadership roles within Capgemini Invent. \nYOUR PROFILE\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nWorkday certification in at least one functional area or equivalent relevant Workday implementation experience. \nSignificant experience delivering Workday-enabled HR transformation programmes within complex organisations. \nStrong knowledge of Workday capabilities and experience across one or more functional areas such as HCM, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Journeys or Reporting. \nStrong understanding of HR operating models, workforce transformation and employee experience. \nProven ability to lead client-facing workstreams and manage senior stakeholder relationships. \nExperience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating model improvements. \nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, programme governance, risks and quality assurance activities. \nStrong consulting, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with executive stakeholders. \nExperience delivering transformation programmes from design through implementation, adoption and value realisation. \nUnderstanding of emerging Workday innovations, including AI-enabled capabilities \nCapability of obtaining UK security clearance (BPSS, SC or higher) to support client engagements in regulated and public sector environments. \nDesirable Experience\nExperience across multiple Workday functional areas. \nExperience leading global Workday or wider HR technology transformation programmes. \nExposure to Workday integrations, reporting, security, analytics or enterprise architecture. \nExperience within consulting, advisory or systems integration organisations. \nExperience working within government, defence, public sector or other highly regulated environments. \nExperience supporting proposition development, sales activities and business growth. \nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:\nYou will be part of the Employee Experience & HR team, which has a collaborative culture.
