All underpinned by technology created with purpose.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Workday Senior Consultant, you will support the delivery of Workday-enabled HR transformation programmes within our Employee Experience & HR team. You will help clients improve HR processes, employee experiences and service delivery through business analysis, solution design, implementation support and strategic advisory services.\nWorking alongside HR, business and technology stakeholders, you will help organisations maximise the value of their Workday investment across areas such as HCM, Talent, Learning, Journeys, Reporting and Employee Experience.\nIn this role you will:\nConduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering activities. \nAnalyse current-state HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. \nDesign future-state processes aligned to Workday capabilities and leading practices. \nSupport Workday solution design, configuration and implementation activities. \nFacilitate workshops, fit-to-standard sessions and solution playbacks. \nProduce high-quality requirements documentation, process maps and functional specifications. \nCoordinate with data, integration, testing, security and change teams to support successful delivery. \nSupport testing, deployment, adoption and business readiness activities. \nProvide guidance on Workday roadmaps, employee experience and HR technology transformation. \nMentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development. \nAs part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities that form part of the following categories:\nBusiness Developement\nSupport proposals, RFPs and client opportunities. \nContribute to client presentations, thought leadership and market insights. \nSupport proposition development and go-to-market initiatives. \nParticipate in industry events, knowledge-sharing and internal communities. \nInternal Contribution\nSupport the development of delivery assets, methodologies and reusable solutions. \nContribute to innovation, capability-building and practice development activities. \nShare knowledge and best practices across the Workday and HR Transformation teams. \nLearning & Development\nPursue Workday certifications and professional development opportunities. \nBuild expertise across HR Transformation, Employee Experience and AI-enabled HR services. \nParticipate in mentoring, coaching and continuous learning programmes. \nWhat makes this role unique?\nOpportunity to work on large-scale Workday and HR transformation programmes across multiple industries. \nExposure to Employee Experience, HR Transformation and AI-enabled workforce initiatives. \nAccess to Capgemini's extensive Workday and HR Transformation ecosystem. \nClear progression into Managing Consultant, Solution Lead and Workday SME leadership roles.\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou are a Workday professional with a strong consulting mindset who enjoys helping organisations solve complex HR and employee experience challenges. You are passionate about HR technology, curious about emerging AI capabilities and motivated to continuously develop your expertise while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.\nYOUR PROFILE\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nExperience delivering Workday implementation, optimisation or HR transformation programmes. \nStrong understanding of HR processes and how they are enabled through Workday technology. \nExperience across one or more Workday functional areas such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Journeys, Compensation or Reporting. \nExperience developing skills taxonomies, capability frameworks or skills-based workforce planning approaches. \nExperience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into practical solutions. \nKnowledge of the Workday delivery lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. \nStrong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. \nExperience working collaboratively across HR, business, technology, integration, testing and change teams. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines. \nExperience working in Agile delivery environments. \nUnderstanding of emerging Workday innovations, including AI-enabled capabilities. \nCapability of obtaining UK security clearance (BPSS, SC or higher) to support client engagements in regulated and public sector environments. \nDesirable Experience\nWorkday certification in one or more functional areas. \nExperience supporting global or multi-country Workday transformation programmes. \nExposure to Workday security, reporting, analytics, integrations or data migration. \nKnowledge of HR operating models, shared services or service delivery transformation. \nExperience within consulting, advisory or systems integration organisations. \nExperience working within government, defence, public-sector or other regulated environments. \nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:\nYou will be part of the Employee Experience & HR team, which has a collaborative culture.
