You will lead production support activities, drive incident and problem management, oversee release readiness, and partner closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, vendors, and technology teams to deliver a high-performing integration environment.\nIf you're passionate about operational excellence, enjoy solving complex integration challenges, and thrive in a collaborative, service-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead Workday Integration Support by managing L2/L3 support, resolving complex issues, and driving incident and problem management across the integration landscape.\nEnsure Operational Excellence through proactive monitoring, service performance management, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation of Workday integrations.\nManage Enhancements & Technical Delivery by assessing impacts, implementing integration improvements, and supporting evolving business requirements.\nOversee Releases & Change Activities including Workday updates, testing, deployments, cutovers, and transition-to-support activities.\nDrive Governance, Security & Continuous Improvement by maintaining operational controls, supporting compliance requirements, improving service processes, and mentoring team members.\nAbout You\nYou are a highly experienced Workday integration professional who combines strong technical expertise with operational leadership capabilities.
