Sales & Cash Management:\n\nCollect and reconcile daily sales reports with POS transactions, cash, and transfer receipts.\nVerify customer bills and ensure there are no payment discrepancies or outstanding bills.\nMonitor all payment channels, including cash, POS, bank transfers, and credit transactions.\nVerify daily cash lodgments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.\n\nBookkeeping & Financial Reporting:\n\nMaintain accurate records of all income and expenditure.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly profit and loss reports.\nPrepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets for management.\nRecord supplier payments, staff salaries, purchases, and other financial transactions.\n\nInventory & Cost Control:\n\nWork with the storekeeper to monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock counts.\nCalculate food and beverage costs and report wastage or discrepancies.\nMonitor product pricing and ensure accurate costing.\nIdentify and prevent theft, pilferage, over-pouring, and fraudulent practices.\n\nPayroll & Compliance:\n\nPrepare staff payroll, including deductions, advances, and overtime.\nMaintain proper records of staff payments and statutory obligations.\nEnsure receipts and supporting documents are available for all expenses.\n\nBudgeting & Financial Advisory:\n\nPrepare monthly budgets and expenditure forecasts.\nAdvise management on cost reduction, profit improvement, and financial risks.\nMonitor and audit sales from the bar, kitchen, snooker, and BBQ sections.\nMaintain the confidentiality and security of all financial records.\n\nRequirements:\n\nB.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n3–6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant, Cashier, or Finance Officer.\nPrevious experience in a lounge, bar, restaurant, hotel, or club is compulsory.\nProfessional certification such as ICAN or ANAN, or currently in view, is a strong advantage.\nProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel, and POS systems.\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, cash management, inventory auditing, and cost control.\nMust be highly honest, trustworthy, discreet, and professional.\nExcellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\nMust be comfortable working late nights, weekends, and participating in stock counts after closing hours.\nMust be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.\nAge Requirement: 28–40 years.\n\nLocation: Trans Woji, Port Harcourt\n\nRemuneration: NGN 150,000
