We offer the salary and benefits of the bigger companies, with the added bonus of a flexible workplace and a great work-life balance.\nScope of Work:\nCapio Group is looking for an experienced Performance Tester to provide QA/QC services to support teams for enterprise applications, covering end to end test planning, execution, automation, performance engineering, environment/test data coordination, and defect management. Activities will be conducted under client direction using approved tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jira/ALM/UFT/LoadRunner Enterprise), with automation on UFT (VBScript), Selenium, and/or Katalon integrated to CI/CD. Performance Tester shall provide per cycle test summary reports, coverage dashboards, and defect metrics (density, leakage, aging) to the client.\nThe Performance Tester will be responsible for services including but not limited to:\nValidation of system scalability, reliability, and performance under expected and peak workloads.\nActivities will include but not limited to: Performance test planning and workload modeling, Load, stress, endurance, and spike testing, Performance script development, Monitoring system performance metrics, Bottleneck identification and root cause analysis, Performance reporting and tuning recommendations\nReview non-functional requirements, system architecture documentation, and expected system usage volumes to develop performance testing strategies.\nDevelop performance test scenarios and workload models representing expected user behavior and transaction volumes.\nDevelop and configure performance test scripts using client approved performance testing tools.\nMonitor system performance metrics including response time, throughput, system resource utilization, and transaction success rates.\nAnalyze performance testing results to identify system bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve system performance.\nSupport performance test result reviews and provide performance analysis reports to project stakeholders.\nMandatory Experience:\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming must be in a lead Capacity.\nMust possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing performance testing for *large scale enterprise systems.“Large Scale Enterprise System” is defined as an application or integrated system landscape that meets all of the following:\n1. Supports at least 2,500 concurrent users during peak periods, or at least 500,000 registered users and\n2. Processes at least 500,000 transactions or claims per year, or equivalent record/transaction volume across batch and online channels and\n3. Includes a multi-tier architecture spanning at least three of: web/portal, API/services layer, batch processing, and/or mainframe integrations or modern cloud-native services.\n\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in performing performance testing activities, including developing and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and reporting findings.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience using performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years validating APIs and system performance, including response time, throughput, and error rates.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience translating non-functional requirements into performance test scenarios.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience using SQL or similar technologies for test data validation.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years using test management and defect tracking tools.\nMust be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request in the qualification form. In addition, you must be able to submit completed reference forms when requested. Each reference form must be signed by the referenced individual. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and must have served in a management or supervisory role.\nDesirable Experience:At least seven (7) years of cumulative experience performing performance testing for *large scale enterprise systems as defined.“Large Scale Enterprise System” is defined as an application or integrated system landscape that meets all of the following:\n1. Supports at least 2,500 concurrent users during peak periods, or at least 500,000 registered users and\n2. Processes at least 500,000 transactions or claims per year, or equivalent record/transaction volume across batch and online channels and\n3. Includes a multi-tier architecture spanning at least three of: web/portal, API/services layer, batch processing, and/or mainframe integrations or modern cloud-native services.\n\nWithin the last ten (10) years, atleast five (5) or more years of experience in workload modeling, performance monitoring, developing, maintaining, and executing performance test automation scripts for API, mainframe and Web-based applications.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, atleast three (3) years integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, atleast two (2) years of experience with cloud-based performance testing.\nWithin the last ten (10) years, atleast one (1) of experience supporting public sector or benefit systems meeting defined large scale criteria. Large Scale Enterprise System” is defined as an application or integrated system landscape that meets all of the following:1. Supports at least 2,500 concurrent users during peak periods, or at least 500,000 registered users and\n2. Processes at least 500,000 transactions or claims per year, or equivalent record/transaction volume across batch and online channels and\n3.
