We currently have an opening for an experienced Caretaker/Janitor to join our team. Please note you may be required to travel to alternate sites so preferably you will hold a driving license and use of a vehicle. You will also provide a full cleaning service to the whole facility, both reactive and planned.Job title: CaretakerJob Description: This role is based at the Great Yarmouth Police investigation Centre You must be able to complete Police vetting which requires you to have lived in the UK for at least 3 years. What you’ll be doing: Providing a full cleaning service (planned, reactive and specialist) within the whole secure facility as well as offering out of hour’s availability for reactive service and providing cover for holidays and sickness at other sites and own (including weekends, Public Holidays). Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment across the site, including making minor repairs Undertake a variety of both reactive and preventative day to day maintenance or repair tasks.
